How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Delete Account. Your account is removed from our server and WHOOP and Apple access is revoked.

Meals, photos and measurements stay on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Why is AI analysis limited per day?
Each analysis costs us money at OpenAI. The limit resets every day at midnight UTC; failed analyses don't count.
